Vining Sparks on CNBC Worldwide Exchange

by Craig Dismuke, Dudley Carter

Vining Sparks’s Chief Economist Craig Dismuke appeared on CNBC’s Worldwide Exchange Wednesday morning to discuss two major forces currently driving markets. Tuesday’s resignation of Gary Cohn, top White House economic advisor, raised questions about the stability of the President’s overall economic agenda. In addition, last week’s announcement of tariffs on steel and aluminum imports into the U.S. sparked market turmoil and a debate about implications of a possible escalation of trade tensions and retaliation from U.S. trade partners.
